To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 100cm wide. The terrace is flat with decking style tiles. The area is flat with no uneven surfaces or raised levels. This is a ground-floor property. The bedroom door is 65cm wide, whilst the shower room door is 60cm wide.
