The property is surrounded by multiple sun terraces, a gorgeous swimming pool that curves around the front of the property and a shady balcony. Each area is furnished with comfortable, outside furniture providing multiple alfresco options to sunbathe, relax with a glass of wine or enjoy a morning coffee.

Inside, the light-filled property enjoys a large open-plan living space furnished with a digital flatscreen smart HDTV, an L-shaped sofa and a dining table. This area also leads to the high-tech modern kitchen fitted with; a cooker hob, an oven, a coffee machine, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge. Guests can also relax in the TV room at the top of the houses which offers a quiet escape away from the rest of the house.

Location

The property is located just outside Bratulići, a small village in the southeast of the Istrian Peninsula. Surrounded by rolling hills, forests and farmland, the village\'s history is deeply rooted in viticulture and olive growing. Visitors can tour local vineyards and olive groves, including Olive Oil Pliško which is a one-minute walk from the accommodation.

For beach lovers the coastal towns of Rovinj (a 44-minute drive) and Poreč (a 54-minute drive) offer opportunities for swimming, boating and other water activities. It is also possible to hire a boat to explore Blaz Bay (a 13-minute drive) and a horse trekking centre a 10-minute drive away)

Popular excursions nearby include a visit to the historic coastal town of Pula (a 30-minute drive). Visitors can explore the ancient Roman ruins, including the iconic Pula Arena. Visitors can also reach the Brijuni Islands, from the ferry port in Fazana (a 25-minute drive). Here there they will find a national park with beautiful landscapes, a golf course, archaeological sites, beaches and a safari park. There is a restaurant a 3-minute drive away and a grocery store 7 minutes away in the car.

The closest airport to the accommodation is Pula International Airport (PUY) approximately a 20-minute drive away.
