This 30 m² apartment comfortably sleeps 2 people in the spacious double bed in the bedroom. You can prepare a quick breakfast or a cozy dinner in the bright and fully equipped kitchen.

The apartment is located in Arnethgasse in the 16th district. It is only a few minutes away from streetcar line 44. Line 2 is also in the immediate vicinity and both take you directly to the city center in around 25 minutes.

Head to the west of the neighborhood and enjoy the outdoors while dining in one of the restaurants surrounded by greenery like Villa Aurora, or explore Austrian cuisine at one of the Heurigen near the Ottakringer brewery and try the local beer for a taste of Vienna. To the east of the neighborhood or cross the Gürtelstrasse of the new building to the 6th and 7th district, where there are many different cuisines from Italian to Thai or Vietnamese restaurants, large or small, that will surprise you and end your night with good food in a good mood.

A security deposit will be held and authorized on your credit card during the reservation process. This amount is only authorized and blocked on your credit card and will be released within 7 days after check out if no damages are incurred during the stay.
