The 85m2 apartment offers accommodation for up to 6 people in one cozy bedroom with one double and as well a double bed and one day bed in the living room. The bathroom equipped with a bathtub offers you relaxation after a busy day. The fully equipped kitchen gives you possibility to prepare your own home-cooked meals, to be enjoyed at the large round dining table! The apartment is equipped with necessary amenities to bring you the homey feel and make your stay pleasant.

Südtiroler Platz is very vibrant part of the city connecting not only the left and right side of the Mur river but also being a prime example of how history and modern architecture blend! Ideal position of this apartment makes every corner of the city reachable via tram lines 1, 3, 5, 6, 7 and 13 stopping right at your door!
The apartment is surrounded by many small boutiques and restaurants which are just as popular with the locals as with tourists. Grab a breakfast at lovely Kunsthauscafe before spending the afternoon enjoying a traditional Melange and treat at Murinsel. You can further soak in the infamous coffee house culture in traditional favourites such as the Café Waiter or Café Sacher. For an authentic Polish dinner, head to Pierogi, before topping off the evening with a delicious cocktail or Spritzer while overlooking the rooftops of Graz and the stunning Clocktower Graz on the rooftop terrace of Kastner!

A security deposit will be held and authorized on your credit card during the reservation process. This amount is only authorized and blocked on your credit card and will be released within 7 days after check out if no damages are incurred during the stay.
