This delightful 3 bedroom villa is only a few minutes' drive from the facilities of Son Parc and its beautiful sandy beach, with a number of other activities and attractions also within easy reach by car. This resort is also home to the island's only golf course. Back at the house, you’ll have a private pool and a pleasant exterior dining area, perfect for relaxing and socialising. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge are included.

Son Parc is not only known as the home of Menorca's only golf course, but also for its magnificent white sandy beach. It's only a short drive into the centre of the resort where you can find a small selection of shops and places to eat. For anyone wanting to venture a bit further, Villa Nero acts as the ideal base from which to explore - visit the fishing village of Fornells, the huge horse-shoe shaped bay at Arenal Den Castell, the tranquil village of Na Macaret or Port of Addaia yachting marina.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
