Villa Pascualita is a bright, spacious 5 bedroom villa with an ideal location at the foot of the Montgo Mountain in Javea. Spend your days relaxing by your own private pool or dine alfresco whilst watching the beautiful sunset behind the mountain. The Old Town of Javea is less than 10 minutes drive away with plenty of places to eat, drink and shop, and the sandy Arenal Beach is also nearby. There is a restaurant within 10 minutes' walk and more amenities, like a supermarket, cafe, bakery and bar just 2 minutes' drive from the villa. Pool heating, WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms are included.

This detached villa is set on a lane at the foot of Montgo Mountain in Javea, with an ideal location to explore the local area. The nearby Javea Old Town is less than 10 minutes drive from Villa Pascualita, with a selection of restaurants, shops and a market. Alternatively, you can reach both the sandy Arenal Beach and Javea Port within a 15 minute drive. There are 2 local restaurants nearby, or drive into Javea Old Town where you will find a variety of traditional restaurants along the narrow cobbled streets. For seafood head to the Port, where you can purchase fish fresh off the boats. The promenade behind Arenal Beach has a plethora of restaurants, offering both international and local Spanish cuisine.
