Villa Datil is located in the popular resort of Arenal den Castell, with one of the islands best beaches almost on your doorstep, just over a 5 minute walk away. This 4 bedroom villa is well equipped, smartly decorated and set in a cul de sac. There is a lovely selection of bars and restaurants within the resort, the centre of which is just 15 minutes’ walk from the villa. WiFi and air conditioning/heating is included in the bedrooms.

Tucked away in a residential area of Arenal den Castell, Villa Datil has an ideal location. It has easy, quick access to one of the islands best beaches, just a 5 minute walk away. Close to the villa you’ll find a small Italian restaurant along with a good selection of eateries in the resort centre, just a 15 minute walk away. A small mini market can be found just 2 minutes’ walk away which is ideal for essentials. Venturing to the inland town of Alaior, just a 10 minute drive away, you’ll find a selection of larger supermarkets. The resort of Son Parc with the island’s only golf course, and the beautiful fishing village of Fornells are a short car journey away.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
