Nestled within the serene landscapes of southeastern Sicily, this residence embodies the essence of the early 20th-century farmhouse style. Villa Saracena is equipped with both air conditioning and heating, and offers a comfortable and elegant retreat for any season of the year. You will be able to enjoy the starry sky of Sicilian nights surrounded by venerable olive and almond trees, vibrant pomegranates and prickly pears.

Villa Saracena is enclosed by the characteristic dry-stone walls of the region and boasts a white stone courtyard, a garden and a spacious parking.

You will enter into a large and bright living room connected to a spacious modern kitchen. On the same level there are two double bedrooms with two adjoining bathrooms (one of which with a whirlpool bath), and a room with a sofa bed. From here there is access to the upper, mezzanine level, comprising a wonderful bedroom with a free-standing bathtub and en suite bathroom separated by a glass wall.

The villa awaits you a few minutes from Marzamemi, which has become a popular destination for those who enjoy the combination of the area’s natural beaches and the vibrancy of an authentic coastal village. The village has many restaurants, pizzerias and shops selling delicious local products such as locally caught and processed tuna and swordfish and the famous cherry tomatoes from nearby Pachino.

The pool measures 8 x 4 m and is 150 cm deep. The surface around the pool is tiled with Modica stone.
