The property is located in the picturesque coastal resort of Punta Prosciutto in southern Italy. The town is renowned for its 5 beautiful white sandy beaches that stretch along its seafront and the most enviable crystal-clear waters. The closest beach to the accommodation is Samanà Beach, a 3-minute walk away.

The clarity of the water makes the resort an excellent location for water sports, including; snorkelling, kayaking, paddle boarding and windsurfing. There are several lidos situated along the seafront with opportunities for dining as well as a restaurant and a supermarket a 6-minute walk away.

The coastal lagoon, Bacino Serra, is a 10-minute walk from the property and is a great spot for birdwatching and nature walks.

Further afield, the incredible marine-protected Spiaggia di Porto Cesareo, known for its pristine beauty and shallow waters is a 17-minute drive and the Baroque city of Lecce, known as the \"Florence of the South\" is a 45-minute drive.
