With a golf course a short drive away, plus the white sandy beaches of family friendly Port de Pollenca, everything you need for a leisurely holiday is at hand. Slightly further afield is the sleepy fisherman’s village of Cala San Vicente with three sandy bays plus the bustling coastal resort of Alcudia.

Air conditioning usage (12 hours per day) is included in the rental rate. The pool is salt water Whilst in close proximity to amenities a car is recommended.
Please note that in addition to the property rental there is a local tourist tax to pay for all visitors aged 16 and over.  €2.00 (€2.20 incl. IVA) (£2) per night for the first 9 nights, €1.00 (€1.10 incl. IVA) (£1) per night for each night thereafter per person.  We will add this amount to your booking.
