The local beach and restaurants can be found within walking distance, with the more lively Sivota resort centre, and the local supermarket reachable in just a short drive.

To access the villa there is a path which is 300cm wide. The front door has a width of 82cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 120cm wide. The terrace is open-plan, flat and tiled. The pool itself has both step and ladder access. Inside, there are 2 steps from the kitchen to the lounge. The ground floor bedroom door is 75cm wide, whilst the ensuite door is 64cm wide.
