This charming duplex apartment is on the first floor of an attractive condominium in the heart of Sauze d’Oulx. The apartment sleeps 4 people and makes a wonderful holiday destination throughout the year.

The airy living area is furnished in a contemporary style, with wooden floors, a comfortable corner sofa, and a flat-screen TV. Glass doors lead out onto the balcony that looks over the town to the mountains beyond. The dining table is next to the open-plan kitchen. This is equipped with a cooker hob, electric kettle, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and fridge.

An attractive spiral staircase leads from the living area up to the bedrooms which are tucked under the wooden eaves.

Sleeping
Bedroom 1: The fresh master bedroom has twin joinable beds, a cosy armchair, a flatscreen TV, a writing desk and an antique wooden wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom has a single bed, with a 2nd pull-out single bed which can be joined. There is also a large wardrobe and a flat-screen TV.

Bathroom
The colourful bathroom, which is in between the bedrooms, has a shower, basin, bidet, washing machine and WC

The resort of Sauze d’Oulx is a popular holiday destination at any time of year. It is surrounded by spectacular mountains, forests and meadows. The apartment is in the centre of town close to all the amenities including a supermarket, bars, cafés and restaurants to suit all ages and budgets.

In the winter months, visitors can enjoy multiple skiing and snowboarding options as the resort is part of the famous “Milky Way” network of slopes. The apartment is close to the shuttle bus which links to the extensive network. In the summer, there are numerous hiking trails through the alpine meadows and mountains. The region also hosts many cultural events and festivals through the year. There is always plenty to keep visitors busy.

Turin airport is a 1 hour and 20 minutes drive from the apartment.
