Welcome to our apartment perfectly located in Dubrovnik’s peaceful Lapad area! This stunning 2-bedroom apartment offers breathtaking views and provides a tranquil and comfortable stay, ideal for up to five guests, though it is optimally designed for four. Nestled at street Iva Dulčića, just a short walk from the lively Lapad promenade, beaches, cafes, restaurants, and local markets, it’s the perfect base for exploring the city.
Both bedrooms are spacious and filled with natural light, designed for comfort and style. One features a double bed, while the other offers two single beds, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. The open-plan living area includes a cozy sofa that can be converted in single bed, a dining table, and a flat-screen TV, providing the perfect space to relax after a day of sightseeing.
Guests will have access to a private balcony. The modern, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for preparing your own meals, and the immaculate bathroom is fitted with all essential amenities for a hassle-free stay.

Lapad is part of Dubrovnik (actually the peninsula) situated just a few kilometers away from Old Town. The connection with an Old Town is very good and the bus goes very frequently. It is a relatively new part of Dubrovnik compared to the history of the Old town. In the past, it was the residence of local merchants and nobility but now it is becoming the biggest residential part of Dubrovnik. The majority of hotels and villas are situated in this part of Dubrovnik.
Lapad, the area with lots of good restaurants, places to stay, pedestrian areas, and beautiful beaches with magnificent sunsets. Not so crowded as in the Old Town but only 10 min away by a local bus it represents the perfect place to stay.
