Villa Giorgos is a Greek oasis, just a short drive away from the ancient city of Rethymnon. Sleeping up to 6 guests, the villa envelops you in a warm and comforting atmosphere, where modern and traditional elements combine to provide a restful stay. Backed by the rugged countryside landscape, the villa oozes charm, with white-washed facades interspersed with rich terracotta tones that welcome you to explore within. Inside, a cosy living space welcomes you, with soft seating and Smart TV providing comfort and entertainment throughout each season. Leading on from the living space, an ample, open-plan dining provides the ideal spot for delicious evening meals. A fully equipped kitchen leads from the dining space, with an oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and further dining facilities. Three spacious bedrooms, each fully air-conditioned, are spread across the ground and first floor of the villa. Downstairs, a double bedroom enjoys direct access to the outdoor patio – an ideal spot to grab a cup of coffee and watch the sun gently rise above the horizon. The bedroom also benefits from an en suite shower room. Heading upstairs, you’ll discover two further bedrooms, each serviced by a separate bathroom that boasts a spacious bath. Each bedroom also enjoys access to a balcony with breathtaking views across the Greek countryside. Through the downstairs patio doors, you’ll discover an outdoor oasis. A covered terrace, surrounded by gently rustling trees and lush flowering plants leads to your private pool. Spend an afternoon basking on a sun lounger in the warm Mediterranean sun before cooling off beneath the glittering turquoise waters, or take in the majestic beauty of the rugged landscape from the spacious garden. As the sun begins to set, gather with family and friends around the brick-built BBQ as you enjoy an evening of delicious al-fresco dining while the inky black skies reveal a symphony of stars. If you’re keen to venture further afield, the delightful harbour town of Rethymnon provides a plethora of opportunities for exploration. Picturesque paved alleyways lead to the impressive fortress, while traditional tavernas serving mouth-watering Cretan fare beckon you in. Stroll along the palm-lined promenade or dip your toes in the golden sands and crystal clear waters at the nearby beach.

Mobility statement - This villa is in a hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 200cm wide alongside 2 steps. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 100cm wide. The terrace is tiled and flat, however there are 5 steps to the pool area, and a further 4 steps to the BBQ/outdoor seating area. The pool itself has ladder access, whilst the pool is surrounded by both tiles and lawn. This can be seen in the images. There are no bedrooms on the ground floor, however the door into the kitchen/lounge is 80cm wide.
