The 60 sqm ground floor apartment Kalypso consists of a living room with dining table, sofa and TV, kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, two bedrooms and two verandas at the front and back of the apartment. Right in front of the front veranda, there is a cozy patio with a lawn and shade of trees for your little ones to play. There is also parking in the backyard of the complex.

The apartment is modernly comfortably furnished and equipped with all necessary household appliances: 2 air conditioners, TV, WI-FI, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, mosquito net on the balcony door, washing machine, bed linen and towels. And a fully equipped kitchen, electric stove with oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, multi mixer, dishes and kitchen utensils.

Kalypso Apartment is located in the elite residential complex Sounio Dea Del Mare by the sea, next to the wonderful sandy Asimaki beach. Access to the beach along the path immediately from the complex, there is no road between the complex and the beach, the complex is located on the very seashore.
Complex Sounio Dea Del Mare is located in the elite resort of Sounion in Attica, 5 min. drive from the Temple of Poseidon at Cape Sounion, 35min. drive from Athens airport and 60min. from the center of Athens and the Acropolis. Our places are a combination of turquoise sea and green mountain landscape, peace and quiet.
The nearest beach, Asimaki beach, is sandy and not deep, ideal for families with children of all ages. Also at a distance of 100-300m. from the house there are several more beautiful coves with sandy beaches for secluded swimming.
For shopping and evening walks there is a bakery - mini market and several restaurants just 200m. from the house .

Also for shopping and entertainment we recommend the port town of Lavrio 4 km. from the complex.

In Lavrio you can find large supermarkets, Jambo children's world meat, bakery , vegetable and fish shops, pharmacies, telephone shops, rural market on Thursdays. And for an evening walk, there are many traditional tavernas with sea food, cafes, restaurants, cocktail bars, etc.
Also you can organize a ferry trip to the nearest islands of Kea and Kithnos or go diving in one of the diving schools of which there are several in Lavrio.
If you decide to rest with your private boat  there is a port of private boats OLYMPIC MARINE just 2.5 km from the house.
