This spacious apartment features an entrance hall, a living/dining room, a large balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with built-in cupboards, air conditioning, and two bathrooms, one of which is en suite.

The master bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed and offers direct access to the balcony, where you can relax on the sofa while enjoying lovely views of the sea and the city. The second bedroom includes two single beds and has a window but no balcony.

We also have a third bedroom, which is usually closed, but can be opened upon request for an extra fee. This room can serve as an office or an additional bedroom for a larger family or extra guests; it comes with a small wardrobe and a sofa bed.

The large living/dining room, equipped with a Smart TV, features sliding glass doors that lead to an oversized balcony, providing ample space for the whole family to enjoy alfresco dining. From the living room, you can access the roof terrace, which boasts stunning views of Lagos and the sea.

The building is surrounded by gardens with a pool area and offers private parking both outside the complex and in the garage.
