The bright and modernly furnished 2-room apartment (approx. 44 m2) is on the ground floor in Haus Cecilie. It offers a bedroom with a double bed, a spacious living/dining area, a kitchenette in the hallway open to the living room, a shower room with toilet and a spacious, south-facing, covered terrace. All floors are tiled. A clothes horse and a vacuum cleaner are available. A coin-operated washing machine and dryer can be used in the communal cellar. The apartment has a parking space in the inner courtyard. Bicycles can also be stored there in a lockable bicycle room.
