Set in a quiet residential area of Cannes, the apartment is ideal for attending one of the conferences at the Palais des Festivals which is a 17 minute walk away (1km), or for a holiday in Cannes on the sandy beaches which are under a 15 minute walk away.

The apartment is in a modern building with a secure entrance and has a shared pool on the grounds.

There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed, one has an en-suite bathroom and toilet, there is also a second shower room and a guest toilet.

The living room is spacious and has access to a great terrace facing east with lots of light.

In the living room there is a comfortable sofa which also turns into a bed with a good mattress, a dining table for 6, a coffee table and TV.

The kitchen is open plan to the living area and is fully equipped (Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, freezer, refrigerator, ...)

The apartment is fully air conditionned and has good wifi.

There is free parking in the street.
