"Luxury holiday apartment for rent located in Club La Costa World resort area, only 5 min to the beach. With a maximum capacity of 6 guests, it has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room, and a 40 sq m terrace with stunning sea views featuring a jacuzzi. The building is gated and secure, with 24/7 CCTVs. 2 swimming pools (open all year) with sun beds (including a shallow-ended children's pool) and a parking lot are available for Malibu residents.



The Space:

BEDS: King size bed in the Master bedroom 2 single beds (90 cm) in the second bedroom Hotel style sofa bed opens in 2 separate sleeping paces 75 cm each. Air conditioning, wifi. Gated parking in front of the building with an assigned place. Fully accessible from the the parking to the apartment and there are elevators to the pool area so it can accommodate guests with mobility concerns.   The modern, fully furnished apartment sits among exotic and lush tropical gardens, restaurants, bars with programmed nightly entertainment, a mini-market, amazing, huge swimming pools, kids' pools, and Jacuzzi pools, and a fun-to-ride little train that connects all the areas of the resort, shuttling guests for free from one place to another. One of the biggest shopping centres of Costa del Sol, Miramar is located only 2km away (5 minutes away by car) The chic and upmarket hotspots of Marbella and Puerto Banus are less than 30 minutes away; while for culture vultures and those looking for a real slice of Spain, the beautiful city of Malaga can be easily reached by train. Some nearby cities you can visit are: Ronda (52 km), Granada (128 km), Cádiz (237 km), Seville (209 km), and Córdoba (161 km)



The cleaning fee includes one set of towels and linen per person.



To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a small starter package to help you settle in, but you’re welcome to stock up on anything else you might need during your stay!



Other Things to Note:

- Pools have very different opening times. Please inquire before booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.

- We have travel cots and baby chairs available. Please inquire about our rates.

- no groups under 25y (except families)

- No smoking inside, no parties

- Excessive power use could lead to power outages due to hot lines and congested networks

- One set of linen, a bath towel, and a hand towel per person is included; pool towels are available for rent. Please contact us about the price.

- You might need to pick up keys from our office in Fuengirola centre upon arrival; however, the day before arrival, you will get all the information, as it depends.
