Nestled in the rolling countryside of Montepulciano, this pet-friendly farmhouse offers a tranquil escape for up to four guests, blending traditional rustic charm with modern amenities. The first floor features a cozy living area with a satellite TV, dining table, and a double sofa bed, creating a comfortable space for relaxation. The open kitchen is equipped with a hob, electric kettle, cooker, hood, oven, microwave, and fridge-freezer, ensuring effortless meal preparation. A thoughtfully designed bedroom with a double bed and TV offers a restful retreat, while the spacious bathroom includes a shower, washbasin, toilet, bidet, and hairdryer for convenience. Outside, guests can unwind in the lush surroundings, enjoying garden furniture, sun loungers, and a parasol for moments of leisure. The shared swimming pool (12 x 6 m), open from May to October, invites visitors to cool off under the Tuscan sun. A range of activities awaits, including play equipment and bicycles available for exploration. Dining experiences are just steps away, with restaurants located 400 meters from the property serving authentic Tuscan cuisine featuring fresh ingredients and regional flavors. Guests can also visit the nearby markets and general supply stores (1 km away) for local produce to prepare meals in the comfort of their farmhouse.
