The apartment, part of a small complex of three connected chalets, has a spacious living area with sofa bed, open fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms (one with two bunk beds), two bathrooms, and a private sauna. Two reserved garage spaces are included. Shared amenities include a ski storage room with boot warmers and two EV charging stations.

Beginners’ slopes are only 300 meters away, with a free ski bus connecting to 270 km of pistes. In summer, the area offers hiking, mountain biking, and the downhill World Cup track in Leogang. Families can enjoy the Käpt’n Hook adventure pool in Saalbach or visit Lake Zell, just 20 minutes away. Nearby towns provide shops, restaurants, and local attractions, making this chalet a perfect year-round retreat for adventure, relaxation, and spectacular Alpine views.
