Yiayia's Place is well set in the quiet part of the Koum Kapi area, 100 meters from the beach, next to the center of Chania Town, and features a balcony with seating. 3-10 minute walk from tons of coffee shops, restaurants & shopping. The air-conditioned house consists of 5 bedrooms, a dedicated workspace, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and a coffee machine, mini-bar, and 2 bathrooms with 2 showers. Home is located 15-20 minute drive from the airport.

Entrance to the house: On the ground level is a Smart TV, Mini-bar, Full Kitchen with everything needed to prepare and serve meals, Dining Area, and Bathroom with shower.

First Floor:
Bathroom with walk-in shower and washer.

Bedroom #1 - Double bed and adjoining balcony with seating

Second Floor:
Bedroom #3 -Double bed & chair which converts to 1 single bed.
