INTERIOR



As you enter, sliding patio doors from the pool terrace unveil the open-plan living room, dining area, and kitchen. The tastefully decorated lounge features a large L-shaped sofa, coffee table, and a 55” flat screen SMART TV with a Mag box, offering access to various channels and streaming services like Netflix and Amazon Prime. The dining area boasts a spacious layout with a table that comfortably seats six. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with amenities such as an electric oven, hob, microwave, large American-style fridge/freezer, kettle, and toaster. The villa is equipped with WiFi throughout at no additional cost.



The four bedrooms are thoughtfully designed for comfort. Bedroom 1 is a double room with direct access to the pool terrace and an en-suite, wheelchair-friendly shower room. Bedroom 2 offers a cosy double space with essential furnishings, while Bedroom 3 provides a scenic view of mountains and sea, complete with an Xbox One S and a PlayStation 3. Bedroom 4 is a twin room with a fitted wardrobe. A separate family bathroom features a bath with a shower, WC, bidet, and a hand basin with a vanity mirror.



EXTERIOR



Step outside to the inviting alfresco dining area with seating for six and a chill-out seating zone, accessible through the living room. The pool terrace, enveloped by lush gardens, hosts a 7m x 4m electrically heated private pool, perfect for relaxation (heated November to April inclusive). A Canarian charcoal BBQ is provided for delightful outdoor cooking experiences. The garden is adorned with beautiful lighting, creating an enchanting atmosphere in the evenings.



OTHER INFORMATION



Located approximately 5 km from Playa Blanca, the villa offers easy access to the seafront promenade leading to the town centre. Reliable and affordable bus and taxi services are available for convenient exploration of the surroundings. Off-street parking for one car is available with steps leading to the front door, but flat access at the back allows direct entry to the pool terrace. The villa is wheelchair-friendly throughout and serviced by Taxis Especial in Playa Blanca for transportation if needed.



Enjoy a hassle-free stay with a fully prepared arrival and departure clean, with additional cleaning and change of linen/towels provided weekly or mid-stay for longer stays. All essential linens, towels, and pool/beach towels are provided for your convenience.
