Unwind at our 2-bedroom villa located in Adeje. Contemporary decorated this property speaks for itself, in an elevated position its all about the panoramic views across the South of Tenerife. We invite you to marvel at the breath-taking views of The Atlantic Ocean while relaxing at the artificial-grass terrace which boasts a private pool with plenty of sun lounges around it.

This villa is newly built in 2019 and equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay, including a fully-equipped kitchen ready for the MasterChef’s touch. Lots of windows and glass surfaces make our villa very bright, with plenty of healthy, natural light. Recline in comfort, relax and soak up the picturesque views of the sea provided by the living room. The large TV screen only offers local TV stations and some foreign channels.

When you decide to take a break and relax, you can do so in our 2 bedrooms equipped with twin beds and great quality linen, pillows and mattress so you can enjoy a pleasant nights sleep. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom, while the other bathroom is accessible from the living room.

Take a stroll through our colorful garden to the outdoor dining area with a purpose built BBQ area surrounded by an oasis of tropical plants. We invite you for a BBQ dinner with a glass of red wine, in this peaceful environment you can connect with your inner self and restore your energy and balance. The modern looking, impressive pool terrace is nestled within the Tenerife hillside and includes multiple breath-taking viewpoints.

LOCATION DESCRIPTION:

This villa is positioned in a secure private development with a gated entrance. The location is set within an oasis of palm trees and tropical plants that run through the development, combined with picturesque views. This is the alternative side of Tenerife, sheer peacefulness and the only noise you hear is an opera of birdsong tumbling through the air. When the morning comes, the sun will once again peep through the clouds and inject life into the enchanted gardens which carry a delightful mix of flowery fragrances, the world is a happy place at this villa.

The mesmeric beauty only gets better, with endless sea views from your hillside position and views looking down on the rugged landscape across the south of Tenerife. We invite you to relax on one of the sun loungers to experience and admire the scenery, and take a stroll and explore the gardens. Remarkably this development is close to all local amenities. Although car hire is recommended when staying here, you do have a taxi rank, bus stop, 3 large supermarkets (including a Lidl), bars, restaurants and shops that is only 2 km away which is less than a 5 minute car journey. The Siam Park, Aqualand and beaches at Costa Adeje are 5 km from the development. Due to the rural location of the property, car hire is recommended.
