The lower ground floor is a haven for recreation, offering a spacious games room equipped with table tennis and a pool table. Adjacent to it, a state-of-the-art home cinema room awaits, complete with a top-quality screen and sound system, providing the perfect setting for cinematic indulgence.



First Floor:

Ascending to the first floor, you'll discover the master double bedroom, graced with an ensuite bathroom and access to a generous balcony that affords uninterrupted vistas over the scenic countryside. Additionally, two more cozy bedrooms, each adorned with a double bed, await your restful nights. One of these bedrooms boasts its own private balcony. A full bathroom serves these bedrooms, ensuring convenience and comfort.
