The beach, merely 1 km away, beckons with its sun-kissed allure, while golf enthusiasts will delight in the proximity of Quinta da Barca Golf, just a 5-minute stroll from the villa.



The villa's accommodation boasts an impressive capacity for 10 individuals across 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The ground floor unfolds with a fully equipped kitchen and a capacious dining/living room adorned with sumptuous sofas, satellite television, and a DVD player. Sliding doors seamlessly connect this space to the pool and barbecue area. Two bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other with a double bed, both open onto the front yard. A guest toilet completes the ground floor.



Venture to the first floor to discover the master bedroom, resplendent with a double bed and an adjoining bathroom. Open the doors to unveil a large balcony with mesmerizing sea views. Additional bedrooms, each with a double bed, feature adjoining bathrooms and expansive balconies, one overlooking the front garden.



The meticulously maintained garden beckons with a spacious covered terrace, an ideal setting for al fresco dinners enhanced by a built-in barbecue. The private pool, measuring 10 x 4 m and equipped with an electric cover for child safety, is complemented by a (clay) tennis court and a small football field. Palm trees add a touch of tropical splendour, completing the outdoor ambiance.



Unwind and indulge in a myriad of amenities, from tennis matches on the private court to refreshing swims in the pool with its electric cover.
