Summary:

​This newly renovated villa boasts a fresh and mediterranean style, whilst being fully equipped in the kitchen and living area. Most of the windows of the villa have a sea view, and there is air conditioning throughout. The common area is unique and has a large amount of space, as well as a living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with the basics such as: an oven, fridge-freezer, microwave and even a coffee maker. There is also a private area for guests to enjoy the beautiful sunset views from their own terrace.



Please note, this villa is split into three, with a communal pool.



The Space:

Inside the villa, there are two double bedrooms, and a full bathroom. All are furnished with comfortable beds and a wardrobe for guests to store their clothes. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and has a modern style.



Outside, there is a large community pool, solarium terrace which offers sea views, and outdoor furniture - to sit or dine outdoors.



Please note, there is a Refundable Security Deposit with the property, payable before travel, of £300.



Please note, there is a Tourist Tax Payment of 2.2EUR per person per night payable during check in. We will provide you details of our office before arrival.



Cots and highchairs are available for a small supplement.
