Dimora Rocca Maggiore, recently renovated, opens directly onto the living room with wooden flooring and exposed beams and is elegantly furnished with a double sofa bed, flat-screen TV, dining table and a modern kitchen equipped with everything needed for cooking .

The living area is completed by a characteristic niche with an elegant mirror inside and a view of the splendid Ponte Pietra that extends across the entire wall that divides the living room from the bedroom.

The elegant bedroom consists of a double bed with bedside tables, lamps, a large built-in wardrobe and a desk.

The accommodation is completed by a bathroom equipped with a large shower and an area where there is a washing machine and laundry area.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, hairdryer and WI-FI.

Security deposit: € 200.00. Please note that payment for your reservation is managed directly by our agency. You will receive an email when each payment is due, with details on how to pay by bank transfer or credit card. The first 50% is due 60 days before arrival, and the remaining 50% is due 30 days before arrival.
