Important Information - As can be seen in the images, the wider grounds are formed of a sloping area to the boundary this property makes use of a beautiful, bespoke and unique spiral staircase incorporating large gaps and a lower than normal central balustrade, the stairway landing areas incorporate horizontal (ladder effect) railings. For your safety please do not use inflatables inside the infinity pool or sit walk or stand on the infinity pool edge. Children must be supervised at all times.

*Please note: Bedroom 3 can be converted from a king size bed to twin beds if requested at the time of booking.

To access the villa there is a path which is 170cm wide alongside 3 steps. The front door has a width of 90cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 150cm wide. The terrace is open-plan, flat and tiled. There are 3 steps down from the seating area to the poolside. The pool itself has step access. The ground floor double bedroom and ensuite have door widths of 75cm. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 200cm wide and the door into the lounge area is also 200cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
