The basement hosts the fourth bedroom, a spacious room with a double bed and a sofa bed. Additionally, the basement is equipped with an Hdtv, convenient bathroom with a shower and a small gym.

Step outside to discover the front veranda, where a 10sqm swimming pool awaits ( heated upon request/20 € per day) which can also operate as a jacuzzi.
