Summary:

​Villas Pequena Fine are a small exclusive resort with seven villas, all similar and have 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a refreshing private pool located at the highest point of Torre Soli hill, which offers beautiful views of the picturesque Menorcan countryside. You are allocated your villa on arrival. Accommodating up to 6 people, this elegant villa offers comfort and privacy to all guests. The outside of the villa is nice, the spacious covered terrace homes a large table and comfortable chairs underneath - providing guests with the perfect setup for al fresco dining. The private pool also features a jacuzzi, which allows even more outdoor relaxation.

The Space:

Inside the villas Pequena Fine there are a spacious living room decorated with rustic cherry wood furniture and equipped with a smart TV and Wifi. The kitchen is fully equipped with the necessities such as an oven, fridge-freezer, kettle and microwave. The dining room is furnished with a glass table and modern chairs. The master suite of the villa is decorated with modern and Mediterranean tones, while the furniture in this suite are a walk-in closet, XXL bed, and an ensuite bathroom with a hydro-massage bathtub.

The second bedroom, radiates energy and personality, and has its own full bathroom with a hydro-massage shower. The third bedroom, decorated in white with hints of orange and green, will be the perfect choice for the little ones. Furthermore, the villa includes another full bathroom equipped with a hydro-massage shower.

Outside, next to the pool and covered terrace, guests have access to a marvelous built-in barbecue. The extensive garden surrounding the house, with its lush lawn, flowers, native shrubs, and cypresses, creates a peaceful, serene ambiance.

Cots and highchairs are available for a small supplement.

Please note, there is a Refundable Security Deposit with the property, payable before travel, of £300. You are allocated your villa on arrival.
