Part of a brand new 3 villa complex, and situated on the upper part of the plot, Villa Thymari enjoys privacy, unobstructed sea views and extensive outdoor spaces.

The villa offers 168m² of living space on two main levels plus an upper level and can accommodate up to 8 guests.

The entrance is on the main ground floor where all the ‘public’ areas and functions are located. An open plan living, dining and kitchen area gives access to the outdoor seating and pool area on one side and the outdoor dining and BBQ area on the other, all with stunning sea views.

On the lower level there is a master bedroom en-suite and a guest bedroom which share an external veranda and garden, a bunk room with 3 beds and a utility room. Upstairs there is an additional living room with a sofa bed.

Villa Thymari is surrounded by landscaped gardens with Mediterranean flowers and herbs, while a pedestrian path through the property gives access to a secluded beach. There is also a private parking area for 2-3 cars.

Villa Thymari is clearly separated from Villa Levanda, which is situated on the lower level of the property – both have their own pool and are completely independent. They can be rented together for a total of eight bedrooms.
