Villa Serenidade, a beautifully restored stone cottage, is conveniently located just a 10-minute drive from the historic market town of Barcelos. Completed in July 2012, the renovation of this exceptional holiday haven skillfully blends modern luxuries and amenities with the cottage's original architecture. Nestled in the serene Minho region, Villa Serenidade offers a peaceful escape on a large plot surrounded by a captivating, walled garden featuring well-kept lawns, a spacious outdoor barbecue area, a private swimming pool, a children's paddling pool, and a multifunctional sports court. Guests can enjoy modern comforts including Wi-Fi and air conditioning in the main building.



Villa Serenidade comfortably hosts up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.



The interior boasts an open-plan design, combining a fully-equipped kitchen and a lounge area with direct access to the terrace and inviting pool. The kitchen is fitted with granite surfaces and includes an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, and coffee maker. A breakfast bar with four stools provides a cozy dining option. The lounge area features two soft sofas, satellite TV, a DVD player, and a music system. There are three double bedrooms, two with twin beds and one with a double bed and an accessible shower room. An extra bed can be added for a seventh guest if needed.



A separate stone building adjacent to the main house offers a large dining space with an open fireplace and a summer kitchen, leading to a covered patio with a substantial built-in barbecue and outdoor furniture, perfect for enjoying meals with panoramic views.



Exterior: The property is surrounded by a charming stone wall and includes a paved courtyard, a large private pool (10 x 5 meters, depth 0.90 to 1.5 meters), a children's pool, and a sports area suitable for football, basketball, tennis, and badminton. The villa also features a sandbox for younger guests, several mature fruit trees with complimentary fruit-picking, a pergola-covered veranda, and private parking for two cars with direct access to the villa.
