The common areas of the apartment and the master bedroom are located on the ground floor. On entering the apartment to the right, guests will find a huge living room comprising three different areas, each with its own special character, embellished by two superb palm trees that bring in a natural, fresh touch to this section of the house. The living room is flooded with light and has access to a terrace provided with artificial grass and a bench for sitting back and relaxing.

To the left, there is a beautiful vintage-style kitchen: decorated with wallpaper and provided with a huge dining table, this room looks and feels magazine worthy. Next to it, there is a very large TV room, equipped with a comfortable L-shaped sofa for 7 people and a large Smart TV. The TV room gives access to a bright and very quiet master bedroom boasting two separate walk-in closets and a four-poster bed (160 x 200 cm).
