The Space:
The centrally located first floor apartment with an area of 90 m² is situated in the Ludwigsvorstadt-Isarvorstadt district in Munich's city center. It offers two bedrooms and a living room, and can accommodate up to 12 people for overnight stays.

- 1 armchair that can be converted into a single bed 90x200

Bedroom 2:

In the hallway there is a fully equipped kitchenette with

The bathroom has a shower, WC, washbasin and hairdryer.

- Bus (e.g., bus 53, bus 58): Bus stop Zenettiplatz: approx. 2 minutes on foot
- Streetcar (e.g., Tram 18, Tram 19): Poccistraße stop: approx. 7 minutes on foot

After completing the registration form and uploading an ID card or passport, you will be granted access to the guest area with all the details of your stay.
