Villa Kalithea is a holiday villa located in the neighbourhood of Apolysies, Nisaki Corfu and on the slopes of Mount Pantokrator, with a private pool (9m x 5m), amazing sunny terraces and exceptional views over the bay up to the South of the island and the Greek Mainland.

Villa Kalithea is set over two levels, and it is spacious for a family or party of six persons, who can be accommodated in 3 airy a/c bedrooms and share two bathrooms.

The property is the sister to the other semi-detached villa Ilios, and they both can be rented together for a larger family or party. It occupies the right-hand side of the building and is independent and private.

Layout

The main entrance opens to the ground floor, which features an open plan kitchen, dining and living area, one twin and one double bedroom sharing between a family shower room and front balconies offering stunning views over the bay and the village.

A stone staircase at the end of the living room lands on the villa's lower level and to a lovely hall with a wardrobe and dressing - make-up facilities.

On the left of this area is a second twin bedroom and a bathroom, but the most charming part is the front balcony and its superb sea views.

Pool and Terraces

The enormous sunny terrace is established on the upper level with a beautiful private pool in the middle and sun umbrellas - sun loungers for intensive sunbathing or relaxing in peace. A small pavilion with wooden dining facilities and a built-in BBQ is also ideally placed at the edge of the terrace for anyone wishing to try his cooking skills and then dine al fresco.

The views offered in this part of the house can only be something to remember forever. It is one of the reasons that Villa Kalithea is considered an excellent holiday home for anyone seeking a relaxing stay away from it all.
