It’s s not suitable for the younger groups or guest that is looking for party.

Sol y Paz is a well maintained high standard complex and it’s a quiet family oriented community where to come and relax and enjoy the surroundings. This is a beautiful and peaceful place where all guest must know Parties are not allowed, nor play music or making noises at inappropriate volumes and the quiet hours to respect the neighbourhood is from 23.00-09.00

But for the relaxed guest feel free to reserve this amazing ground floor apartment with a perfect location and walking distance to Puerto Banus, well-known resturans and its surrounding. It has four bedrooms, three of them has queen size beds and the last room has two single beds. The bedrooms are spacious and nicely decorated and perfect for a family up to 8 people.It has a nice planning with kitchen and living room connected with each other. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a nice holiday stay. There are dinner furnitures both inside and outside. Behind the kitchen there is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. From the living room you’ll have the door out to a big terrace with dining and lounge area perfect for BBQ. The apartment has wifi, smart TV and air conditioning. The guests have access to communal swimming pool.

There is parking on the street outside the gate where the guests can park. From this apartment you can easily walk to Puerto Banus where you'll find the beautiful beach, shops, harbour and restaurants. It only takes 7 minutes to walk from the apartment to the nearest beach.

Check-in after 21.00 will be organized as a self check-in.Pool: Opening hours for the pool area in this community is between 08:00-20:00 - All year around
