It’s s not suitable for the younger groups or guest that is looking for party. This is a beautiful and peaceful place where all guest are to respect the neighbours and nearby houses. Parties are not allowed nor play music or making noises at inappropriate volumes and the quiet hours to respect the neighbourhood is from 23.00-09.00

Agrupadas is a typical beautiful Spanish style complex and it is a quiet family oriented community. The apartment is spread out over 2 floors and has a terrace that is private with no view from neighbours.From the gate there is an easy access to the first floor where you find 2 bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom and the another bedroom has its bathroom just next to it. Is has a spacious open plan kitchen/living room with dining area. Furthermore there is a sunny and cozy terrace with a lounge group.On the top floor there is a master bedroom with 2 single beds its own en-suite bathroom.In the apartment there's fiber optic internet and a central hot and cold air conditioning system. For people travelling with children or people who want to be near the beach and not having to use a car the whole time, this is the perfect place.There is parking on the street outside the gate. Guests also have access to the communal pool with sun lounges and parasols provided within the gated complex.



This place is located within easy walking distance to everything. The nearest supermarket is a few minutes walk, and restaurants and the casino are around the corner, and Puerto Banus within a 15 minutes walk.
