Located in the Ragusa area of southern Sicily, Villa Campana is a lovely modern villa with a private pool. Set in beautiful countryside, this villa is ideal for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. Just a short driving distance from the lovely town of Santa Croce Camerina, where you can find shops banks and restaurants.

The villa is also close to Donnafugata Castle, featured in the “Inspector Montalbano” TV series, where visitors can walk through the first floor rooms and gardens. The villa is also within easy reach of the enchanting baroque towns of the Noto Valley and the beaches of Punta Secca, Marina di Ragusa, Donnalucata and Sampieri.

The 160 square meter villa develops over one level.

The villa is composed of a living room (with comfortable seating) and a well-equipped kitchen and a dining room (with table and chairs). Two double bedrooms (with double beds) with en-suite bathroom (with shower), one twin bedroom (with two single) with en-suite bathroom (with bath) and one bathroom (with toilet).

Outside the villa you will find a garden with a private swimming pool (14 m x 5 m; depth 1.5 m; open from 01.01 to 31.12; depuration salt) and sun terrace (with sun loungers), a covered terrace (with seating) and a covered terrace (with dining table and chairs, barbecue, sink and food preparation area) and an outdoor shower.
