Razza is an apartment located in an exclusive villa, split into 4 apartments, with shared swimming pool (24x6 m; 0.6m - 1.2m deep; open from 01/04 to 31/10) surrounded by a luscious garden, located in Stazzo on the Cyclops Riviera.
The property is just a few steps away from a small inlet with a rocky beach, ideal for those who want to spend a relaxing holiday by the sea and to explore the nearby areas, such as the island of Lachea reachable by boat, the park of Mount Etna and the well-known cities of Acireale, Catania, Taormina and Syracuse.
The villa consists of four spacious apartments, one of which is occupied by the owners in the summer time and a detached annex (40sqm).
RAZZA: the annex is located in a secluded part of the large park and it develops on two floors and its cosy interior are furnished with taste and with all modern comforts. It boasts also a terrace (50sqm) and a private garden (500sqm). On the ground floor there is one living room, one bathroom with shower and a kitchenette (2 Stove burners type gas, fridge, freezer, and toaster) and one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. On the first floor (in the loft) there is one double bedroom and one bathroom with toilet and sink.
Facilities: hairdryer, satellite TV, air conditioning (bedrooms only), BBQ, iron, washing machine, toaster, coffee maker (Italian moka, ground coffee), electric oven, security safe, induction hob, fridge, microwave, Wi-Fi (please note that the signal may be weak sometimes), external shower, bathroom towels changed twice per week (Wednesday and Saturday). Private parking inside the property.
On request: baby cot, high chair, dry cleaning, shopping list, personal shopper, maid service, bike rental, boat rental, boat tours, diving excursions.
