VILLA MENEGHINO - SCOPELLO AREA

Located in the Scopello area, near the charming seaside village of Castellamare Del Golfo, where you can stroll by the harbour with its bars and restaurants. In the oldest part of the town, you can find Castellamare’s castle: an ancient site of Arab and Norman heritage with a little museum inside. A couple of miles of Castellamare del Golfo, you can find a long stretch of beautiful sandy beach, dotted with sun lounges, umbrellas and other amenities.

Villa Meneghino develops over one level, making it easier for those with walking difficulties.

We access the house directly into the spacious living room via the French doors, with a built in kitchen, fireplace and dining table with chairs.

The sleeping area consists of one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and one single bedroom. In the single bedroom, one extra bed can be added on request. There is one bathroom with shower.

Outside, the spacious covered veranda offers the ideal place for al-fresco dining or relaxing under the shade in the hot summer days. It is equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture that overlooks the pool. There is also a private swimming pool (4m x 10m; 1.20 m to 1.40m deep) and barbecue area.

Small pets are allowed on request.
