Live the authentic Greek experience at the Teacher’s House “Red Suite”, at the heart of Spartochori village, Meganisi! The Red suite is located on the ground floor of the Teacher’s House mansion, featuring one bedroom with a king-sized bed, a sitting room with two sofas and one bathroom with shower. The kitchen has 2 ceramic hobs, standalone oven, refrigerator, bread toaster, kettle, French & Nespresso coffee machines. Washing machine facilities are provided in the complex. Outdoors, it occupies a spacious yard space with seating for dining. At the back of the yard, there is a small, shared pool with jacuzzi jets for getting a refreshing break from summer heat.

As parking spaces in the village are scarce, we have secured your free parking spot within a fenced plot just at the side of the village and within 200m of your suite.
Located at the centre of Spartochori village, the Teacher’s House hosts in total two one bedroom apartments (Levanda and Red) and a studio (Orange). It is only a short stroll to the supermarket, cafe, tavernas etc. and only 750m walk downhill to get to the closest beach, called Spilia (some of our guests prefer to walk to Spilia beach, keep in mind getting back up takes more effort). Getting around on the island and its beaches with your car or bike is only a few minutes’ drive.

The traditional settlement of Spartochori is built high on a cliff, enjoying amazing views of the Ionian Sea and the legendary Onassis’s private island, Scorpios. From the Teacher’s House, you may reach Spilia beach within 750m going downhill, either on foot or by car. Any other beaches or locations on the island are easily accessible, within a few minutes’ drive. Meganisi island, with 1,000 inhabitants, is the larger of a complex of various small islets dispersed in the inner Ionian archipelago, east of Lefkada island. A hidden gem island with verdant landscapes, numerous hidden coves, and small beaches, waiting for you to explore either from land or from the sea. And all these, only 25 mins ferry trip from Nidri village in Lefkada.
