MARE FUORI - Studio Apartment is a 3 star Studio. It is located in the strict city center of Rovinj - pedestrian area. It is situated on the 3rd floor of a calm building in a picturesque street leading up to the Franciscan monastery, with many colourful bars and restaurants. The nearest beach is located in 7 minutes walking distance. The interior size amounts to 30 m2 and there is a terrace/balcony at your disposal.
The Studio Apartment consists of a bedroom with double bed, a fully equipped kitchen (electric stove, water kettle, fridge, toaster, microwave oven, kitchen utensils), a dining area, a bathroom with shower and a sunny terrace hidden inbetween the roofs with an amazing view on the sea and on the old town of Rovinj, perfect for a morning coffee in the hot summer days or to relax with a romantic glass of Istrian wine in the evening. We would like to warn you that the spiral stairs leading to the terrace are quite narrow and the doorway is pretty small, so it might not be very convenient for elder people or people with walking difficulties.
Furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, SAT TV, AC, free WiFi, this studio apartment is an ideal place for couples to spend the holidays. With the St. Euphemia church, farmer's market, an abundance of dining options and beachline close by, an excellent all round Rovinj experience is assured.
Although our apartment isn't accessible via car as it is situated in the pedestrian area, convenient luggage carts are available to transport your luggage for a small fee. The accommodation doesn't offer a parking place, but the nearest public parking (extra cost) is situated at a distance of 250 m. We can also organize a transfer from the airport to the apartment.
