Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe.

Introducing Mugnano, a 105-square-meter residence situated in the prestigious Goya neighborhood, nestled among the grand boulevards of Salamanca and in close proximity to the iconic Retiro Park. This elegantly appointed apartment combines the tranquility of its surroundings with modern sophistication.

Discover two spacious bedrooms adorned with queen-size beds, one of which boasts an ensuite bathroom for added convenience and privacy. The second well-appointed bathroom features a luxurious bathtub, adding a touch of indulgence to your daily routine.

The living room serves as the social heart of Mugnano, equipped with an entertainment system, a stylish dining table, and a dedicated workstation. The overall design showcases a harmonious blend of wooden elements that complement the hardwood floors, while the wooden furniture and hanging light fixtures introduce a balanced contrast, creating a refined and welcoming ambiance.

The fully furnished kitchen, complete with a small breakfast table, beckons culinary exploration. Experience optimal climate control with ducted air conditioning and individual floor heating, ensuring a comfortable environment throughout the changing seasons.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay.
This property requires a refundable security deposit. The amount will be requested separately at the moment of booking, as indicated during the booking process.
