Spacious living on one level of 55 sqm for up to 3 people with a fantastic view of the marina and beyond. The flat with roof terrace is located on the first floor. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable box-spring bed. The open and spacious living and dining area offers a generous sofa bed (3rd person), an armchair, a dining table with 4 chairs and a fully equipped kitchen (with ceramic hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher). Flat screen TV, DVD/blue-ray and CD player and stereo system are available in the living area. WLAN included. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a hairdryer.
The guest house, newly built in 2012, is located directly on the Lemkenhafen sailing harbour on the beautiful island of Fehmarn. The flats boast a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea and are exclusively furnished to a high standard, so that you don't have to do without anything during your holiday. All flats have a fully equipped kitchen as well as a living and dining room. Depending on the category, the flats have up to two bedrooms or their own sauna in the bathroom to make your holiday a relaxing and unforgettable time.
From your balcony or terrace you can enjoy the unique view over the marina to Orther Reede and Heiligenhafen.
