Positioned at the side of this space, a twin bedroom and a master bedroom share a family bathroom featuring a shower and a petite bath. On the outside left of the main entrance, a self-contained studio awaits, offering a double bed, a kitchenette, and a modern shower/WC, the same as an inviting retreat for those seeking both togetherness and privacy.

Stepping through a narrow corridor to the pool terrace at the courtyard level, guests encounter a superb stone-built barbecue, next to a stone-built arch resembling a sealed bar. Adjacent to it lies the entirely private swimming pool, accessible via Roman steps, and an elevated atrium with panoramic sea views, serving as a tranquil sitting area.
An external staircase leads to the crown jewel of the property—the roof terrace—a vantage point offering a breathtaking panorama. The sun-drenched terraces, providing an all-day sunbathing experience, offer awe-inspiring views stretching from Loggos to the open sea.
