Villa Aurum is located in a fantastic location with a view of the city, the Zadar archipelago and the famous Zadar sunset. The complete area is 900m2, and the house itself has 300m2 and can accommodate 8 guests.
The ground floor has a view of the heated pool and a spacious terrace and consists of a kitchen with a dining room and a living room and a bathroom. There are four rooms on the first floor with attached bathrooms. There is also a gym for those who want to stay in good shape even on vacation.
