Welcome to our spacious 140 m² apartment on the 2nd floor in Niedernsill! This cozy accommodation is the ideal base for your exploration of the Austrian Alps, whether you want to race down the slopes in winter or enjoy the refreshing lakes in summer. Our apartment has 3 cozy bedrooms, one of which has a walk-in closet. Each of the rooms offers enough space for families or groups to relax after an exciting day in the mountains or at the lake. In winter you are just a stone's throw away from the breathtaking ski areas. The Kitzsteinhorn and the Schmittenhöhe are only 15 km away, and the Areitbahn in Zell am See is only 10 km away. Explore the groomed slopes and experience the thrill of skiing in the Alps. In summer, however, the Niedernsill bathing lake awaits you just 500 meters away. The best part is that our guests can enjoy free entry to this refreshing lake. Take the opportunity to swim in the crystal clear waters, sunbathe on the shore or enjoy water sports activities. Niedernsill train station is only 150 meters away, which makes traveling and exploring the area very convenient. And if you enjoy hiking or cycling, there are numerous hiking and cycling trails nearby that you can enjoy amidst the breathtaking Alpine landscape.
