The Villa (around 350m2) has a reception area and three large bedroom suites at the entry-level, all have ensuite bathrooms and all have wonderful sea views. The Master bedroom has a balcony and a large bathroom with walk-in shower, the second bedroom has a large bathroom with walk-in shower and Bath and the third has a bathroom with walk-in shower and a furnished covered terrace with access to the lower levels.

Downstairs is mostly open plan, you will find a large fully equipped kitchen, with a side door out to the BBQ area, dining area, guest toilet, laundry room, living area with comfortable sofas and a flat-screen SMART television, open fireplace, and small office area. All of this leads out onto the large terrace with dining (sun shades) and an outside lounge area (all with amazing views).

Downstairs again (ground level) leads you to another two ensuite bedrooms (with 140cm beds), these rooms are ideal for single occupancy or teens, they both have access directly onto the Pool terrace. There is a large TV room here with a flat screen SMART television, it is ideal for movie night and for allowing everyone their own space to relax.

This Villa has really great exterior space, it has been very well thought out for your maximum enjoyment.

The Villa is in a private domain, so it's very peaceful. There is a remote entry gate leading down to the front door, with parking for 2/3 cars (there is also parking at the gate for another 2 cars). The Villa is on three levels and has two large stone terraces. The ground level is the swimming pool which is a Salt Pool (heated) of 60m2 with loungers and parasols.

On the next level (the terrace that the living area opens onto) you have a large outside dining, outside lounge areas, sun awnings, and a BBQ area.

The entire outside overlooks the sea, the views and sunsets are stunning.

The Villa is within walking distance of the beach and the local tennis club (where you can hire a court), you can also walk in to the lively, all year round town of Ste Maxime.
