This apartment in Barcelona has 3 bedrooms and capacity for 4 people. Accommodation of 74 m². It is located 260 m from the metro "Poble Sec (l3)", 270 m from the bus station "Autobus", 300 m from the supermarket "Supermercado Dia", 2 km from the train station "Sants Estacio", 3 km from the sandy beach "Playa de la Barceloneta", 14 km from the airport "Aeropuerto del Prat". It has a lift, iron, internet access (wifi), heat pump heating, Television. The American kitchen, with ceramic hob, is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer and kitchen utensils.





Currently it is a trendy neighbourhood, perfectly located in the city that welcomes more and more people who want to live in it; full of design shops, cosy cafés and shops with new trends, always in tune with the personality of the traditional shops.

The apartment has 2 AC splits, one in a bedroom and another in the living room



Please take into account the following important information before booking:



Important Notice: From January 12th to 30th, 2026, renovation work will take place in the building’s entrance hall. There may be occasional noise or disturbance during the daytime. Access to the apartment will remain available at all times. Thank you for your understanding.



- Towel replacement, bed sheets, and toilet paper are not included.



- Travel cot:

Price: 30.00 EUR per booking. Guests must bring sheets. Not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and, if available, we will provide it



- Each additional guest not included in the booking will have a charge of 10 € per night.



-The use of the elevator by neighbors can generate noise during the day and night.



- Late arrival:



- Our check-in time is from 3:00 PM. at 7 PM, Monday to Friday (consult us if you want to check in earlier). Outside of this schedule, we will charge 30€ in cash, after 10 PM it will be 50 EUR and from 1 AM 100 euros



- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 10 pm, after 10 pm it will be 50 EUR and from 1 am 100 euros



- If the arrival day is 24/12, 25/12, 26/12, 31/12 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 22:00, from 22:00 100 euros and after 1:00 150 euros



- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona 2025 will be applied. (6.25€/person/night, for those over 16 years old and up to 7 nights).



- SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. Receiving a complaint or having evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.



- NO PARTIES OR MEETINGS ARE ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a complaint and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of 500€ (in addition to the police fine)



The property will not be liable under any circumstances for thefts, burglaries or any removal of goods that may occur within the facilities of our tourist apartments.

Guests are strongly recommended to take the necessary precautions for the custody of their valuables, including the use of safety boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured.

The safety of personal belongings is the exclusive responsibility of the guest.
